I am getting a code 15 and a code 62 doing a KOEO test . So I hooked up my breakout box and the light wouldn't light up . So I checked the big fuse and both sides have power . I am guessing the ECM isn't getting power from the battery . can anyone tell me if I am right and where to go ? I know the code 15 is live power missing

Code 62 is excessive torque converter slippage. Usally means it's time for a new torque converter.
Code 15 is for Keep Alive Memory Test failure, usually it occurs after the battery or computer has been disconnected, because the continuous power to the EEC was interrupted.
