Hi I have a 97 ford expedition 4X4 4.6 motor with about 160,00 mls on it. I did a full tune up on it and it is still not running right. The light is also still flashing.. where else should I check??? I know that my code means its a mis fire on #2.. Thanks in advance

Try moving the #2 coil to a different cylinder & see if the miss moves. If it does then you have a bad coil or coil boot.

If the miss stays then you need to determine the cause. Electrical, fuel, mechanical?????

Those rails aren't too bad to pop up, if it's not a coil/boot, you could try swapping injectors to see it that moves the miss.....

I don't think that year they where messing around with COP ignition systems. You check for spark on at the plug wire for #2 using a spark tester?

you can swap a wire this can be hard to do since the wires run one side to the other.. You can visually inspect both coil packs for cracks, carbon tracks and chorrision. use noid light to test the injector curcuit on #3. use OHM meter across the injector should be 11~18 ohms. I think you can also swap the 2 coil packs side to side to see if the miss moves. If all that fails do a compression test on that cylinder.
