98 Honda Accord EX, engine block vibration

Lately my car has been starting up rough. I start the car and the whole engine block rocks back and forth pretty hard. It always smooths out eventually, and this is an intermittent issue. Just yesterday the engine light came on after I put it in drive while it was still shaking pretty good. Took it to O'Reily and got these codes:
P0302: Cylinder 2 Misfire
P0117: ECTS Circuit Low Voltage
P0700: Automatic Transaxle System Malfunction
P1738: TCM 2nd pressure switch circuit malfunction
Also, I just discovered today that my coolant reservoir is well over the max, not sure how long it's been like that. I did have the thermostat replaced not that long ago along with a new hose. Just a little more info.
Hopefully it will shake tonight and I can check to see any sparks from the spark plug wires and maybe that is the problem.
Any information or leads helps, I would like to fix this myself (with my father) if possible.
