Boat gasoline engine siting idle for years. Engine type: Volvo Penta AQ120B.
I think carbeuretor is empty, but not sure(I think he may have run gas out of engine
when boat was last used, not sure). I opened up gas tank(via float assy.) and
gas is at least in liquid form. I think i will remove gas from tank - still worried re: carb.
I do not want to take carb. apart.
Any ideas on things to do/check if carb. is OK? Do not want to take carb apart.

Please do not create duplicate threads on the same subject. It just creates confusion in the forum. Thank you.
