I have a 2005 Chev express 2500 van with a V8 and 73000 miles . Van has had a P0059b code for awhile . I cleared it and nothing for a few days . Code came back . Cleared again . Van came in this morning running rough . Now I have a P0059B , P0152B and a P0300B . Where should I start ? I am guessing oxygen sensor ? Thanks

P0059 O2 heater resistance bank 2 sensor 1

What is the resistance of the heater inside the o2 sensor? Inspect the O2 sensor connector for corrosion or terminal issues. Inspect the harness for damage.

P0152 is O2 Bank 2 sensor 1 high voltage. This could cause a misfire on that bank if the O2 is stuck high while the fuel system is in closed loop. The high voltage will make the PCM trim that bank lean causing misfires (p0300)

The PCM controls the O2 sensor heater current by duty cycling the heater circuit. Since the PCM knows the system voltage and current it can calculate the resistance of the heater circuit. If the resistance is out of range it will cause that P0059 to show up.

No, you have to manually test that with a DVOM.

Okay what I have so far is I get a miss in cylinders 2 4 6 8 . This happens after van is hot and idling for a little bit . I checked banks 1 and 2 and on Bank 1 voltage is 3.67 and bouncing and bank 2 is about 3.48 and bouncing . I got a code set while viewing the bank voltages an it is P 0155B

What are the long and short term fuel trims doing on bank 2 when the problem is happening?

All the banks are bouncing around . Bank 2 will go from 3.42 to 3.79

I do know I can clear the codes and when it starts running rough while idling and watching the codes . I will get a warning a trim code has been noticed . I go back to check the codes I have a P0159 code . I also have had oxygen sensor warning for weeks . I would clear it and it wouldn't come on for a few days and then back on

What are bank 2 long and short term fuel trims at when the engine is running rough? If the bank 2 sensor 1 is staying at around 3-4 volts when the problem is happening and you see that your bank 2 fuel trim is going negative, you might have a stuck sensor causing your issue. Did you check the heater circuit on that sensor?
