Mercedes c200 2010, engine sized while regenerating

Hello everyone,
I really need a help,
Engine light was on board, local mechanic said need to regenerate dpf,
I gave car to him then he said car has oxygen sensor problem, he replaced it n than tried to regenerate dpf, n engine seized,
how is saying to replace the engine, which cost me very high

What is your question?
What part of the engine is seized up?
