P0174 on a 96 thunderbird

I looked up the code but it doesnt explain much on the problem or how to fix it. It said generic system too lean on bank #2. Whats that mean? I already replaced tge maf, egr, iac. Is it the fuel injecter, pump, catalitic converter ( I have three)?
The scanner said 1 of 4 but didnt show me the other codes so lets deal with this one first.

That code means exactly what it says. The system is too lean on bank 2. It could be a faulty sensor not reading correctly or it could be any number of things making the engine run too lean on that side.
