I have a 1999 ranger 2.5l dohc with 81000 miles. Getting p0320 code. What do I do to clear this code? Thanks

You don't "clear the code". You find the cause of the problem and repair it. In this case the course would be determine by the current status of the engine, whether it runs, whether it's an intermittent problem or whether there are 2 way radios in the vehicle that could be interfering wit the system.
