It means the engine is running too cool. It is not reaching the specified temp soon enough or at all. It probably needs a thermostat.

thank you for responding, actually I ve' replaced the thermostat, could this be a bad coolant temp tensor.

Does it actually warm up to normal now? CTS less likely that plug to it IMO if the problem at all,

You could check the CTS wit a scan tool by comparing the CTS and IAT temp reading before the car is started in the morning but it's unlikely the sensor would do that. It's nearly always a bad thermostat.

Agree with THERMOSTAT, it's installation and some position is critical. New or not and don't gook it all up with crap either. Always use specified temp rating, T

sorry for the miss spell, ya the engine warms up fine, don't know what else is associated with this, beyond the thermostat and engine coolant temp sensor, any suggestion can help.

You don't need more suggestions. replace the thermostat as you were advised. The computer is not happy with the engine temp. Maybe you should have used a better quality stat.

Ditto - Quality thermostats only. I'm only beating on this for just what Hammer said - the computer isn't happy with what it sees for engine temp and you wont know till you have that absolutely know correct new or not.
No goo means don't guck one up to seal it such that the dang thing is clogged and can't close and some are meant for a certain position for a reason too - you didn't say an engine size so didn't go looking.
You have to know it's right or engine wont know what to do with itself as it warms up - done for that. If it still has a problem AFTER you go from there,
