For the P0069 you need to get hold of a scan tool that can read the BARO and MAP sensor PIDS (parameter identifiers) to see if their values are close to the same as the barometric pressure of the location, day, and altitude where you are at. The PCM is detecting a difference between the readings it gets from those two sensors. Using the data you get from the scan tool you can determine which part of the system to chase.

The P0470 means the PCM is detecting a performance or out of range problem with the exhaust pressure sensor. You need the scan tool to monitor the EP sensor PID. It should be less than 18.5 psi with the ignition on engine off. If it is not less than 18.5 psi, compare it to the MAP and BARO PIDs. It is possible the MAP and BARO PID (P0069) will have to be resolved first, so you can correctly diagnose the P0470 code.

P0478 has to do with the an input problem for the variable geometry turbo charger system. One of the sensors the PCM uses to control the VGT solenoid is the EP sensor. Since the EP is setting a code, that should be figured out first to see if it resolves the P0478 code.
