fault code 0021 and 0420 on 2003 NissanPathfinder

Can anyone explain what is exactly the problem with these codes are and what do I need to fix?

The P0021 is Camshaft Position - Timing Over Advanced or System Performance (Bank 2)
That will require a mechanic looking into it further.
The P0420 is poor Catalyst efficiency. 95% of the time, that is a bad Catalytic Converter
