fault code p0480

2006 dodge caravan sxt 3.3L 75000 miles cooling fans will not come on I replaced cooling fan relay and nothing check engine light still comes on what can I do its a low mileage vehicle I don't want to hot wire it

The circuit will have to be troubleshooted using a wiring diagram.
