Sign In First off, you're driving a 15 year old Pontiac, not a late model Audi. Your vehicle is not equipped with a service record module like many German cars The vehicles that are equipped with this feature, the service records have to be manually entered into the vehicle through a scan tool and can be retrieved the same way.
