5.3 Z71 codes are lean on bank 1 and bank 2. Codes are 171 & 174. Runs along fine, losses power and quits. Wait 10 or 15 mins, starts and runs fine again.

What is fuel pressure when it stalls? Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

That fuel pressure is too low CH. If it's a "T" motor, it should be 55-62 If it's a Vin "Z", it should be 48 - 54 with no margin for error ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
