02 Kia Sedona Timing belt tensioner

I replacing the timing belt on a 02 sedona and what I need to know is on the tensioner does it matter what way you turn it to get the adjustment correct. with the 2 small holes on the bottom it, sorry can't get a pic to upload but this is the round tensioner on the left with the 2 small holes and a bolt hole

Yes, it need to trail the direction of the rotation.
In other words it needs to rotate toward the direction the belt is moving
