Where is the fuse located for the instrument cluster light(s)? if it turns out not to be the fuse or bulbs, what else would cause the light(s) to go out. Also assuming there is more than one bulb for the cluster.

There are numerous bulbs for the cluster and the whole cluster has to be removed to access them. It's not going to be bulbs but it could be numerous other things like the cluster itself, headlamp switch, dash dimmer or any related wiring.

Ok
, thanks, but isn't there a fuse for the cluster as well? And where is it?

There are numerous fuses associated with those circuits. You need to use a test light and test all of them with the key and lights on.
