Glow plugs flashing. Rev dial jumping. Engine light comes on but doesn't stay on long. But runs perfectly for the day. Video below

4 second video doesn't help a bit. Check engine lights do come on to check that bulbs work so inconclusive.
You know you need glow plugs do work and need to prove that they do. You said it runs fine all day if no codes to help all things that should work when cold are on the check list to rule in or out.
Code readings may help or at least no harm. Not much to go on with your post,

PS: I doubt this exact engine is sold to the US where most of us are so exact info is going to be difficult to impossible for most of us here........
