1986 Olds Cutlass Cierra accelerator problems

I have a 1986 Olds Cutlass Cierra that starts to bog down when the accelerator is pressed at the half way point. If I let up a little, it gains speed. I've replaced the throttle position sensor and have performed the usual tune-up. The engine doesn't run as smooth as I think it should, with the gas mileage about 20 on the road.

Low fuel pressure, plugged fuel filter or restricted exhaust (converter) are all possibilities?
