(92) Ford Ranger, 3.0L, new battery, new solenoid, lights work, interior, panel and exterior. Engine will not turn over, has been sitting for a year and has 400,000 miles, but did crank and drive a year ago, what do you think?

Try turning the motor over with a socket and see if it is locked up.
