It has 40 psi fuel pressure, it is in time (crank and cam), new plugs, wires, cap, rotor button. Injectors out and cleaned, pulsing properly at injectors, fresh gas in the tank, exhaust not clogged, plugs wet after cranking, throttle body taking in air, reading 5 volts out of computer at MAP sensor, computer not holding any codes. Any IDEAS?

Do you have spark at the plugs? If not, you may have a bad coil or module.

Yes there's spark at the plugs and the coil resitance checks properly from post to post and from post to spark plate.

Install a compression guage and let's start there. If the plugs were wet then the possibility of cylinder wash down is good. If there is too much fuel in the cylinder, it will seep past the oil rings and the cylinder will lose compression. If the problem gets real bad and the engine is continually cranked, the hydraulic lifters can collapse. This will show up in a compression test. You can try squirting a little bit of oil in the cylinders and then try starting the car. If this works reply back and we'll go further.
