OK guys sorry I have been busy at work. new info. Had a blown fuse. replaced, fan runs after a/c is turned on but only for about ten seconds. took car for a spin fan did not turn on, radiator started overheating. Don't know if this helps, the a/c cools slightly but does not get very cool and gets warm when you stop at a corner ect. Still think there is a fan relay problem but I don't know where the relay is. Thanks again for the help guys.

Not familiar with that acronym either. As Sidom asked - does fan ever come on? How long if delayed? If digital climate controlled it may wait till cool is available which still is just a few seconds. Heat will wait in ATC Lincolns till coolant is at about 150F or so and that's normal. When/if fan does come on does it cool normally? T
