1998 Sebring over heating! HELP

its got a 2.5L v6, bought it cheap heres what ive done so far. replaced water pump(had a heavvy leak) replaced radiator removed thermostat checked sparks plugs, all look ok compression reading is 120 120 150 along firewall and 120 90 180 along front(weird) not for sure if it in the head gasket tho because i really dont want it to be for 1 and also not burning any car overheats within 5 miles of driving it, after halfway mark it will just fluxuate like crazy then get dangerously close to H next step?

awesome i appreciate that very much going to start on it right away, if it is leaking how would i tell which head is leaking?

It doesn't matter. indeed both heads are bad. new test i tried because i had engine partly disassembled, take the tip from a compression tester and hook it to ur air compressor line with fitting. add pressure to each cylinder and watch for bubbles in fill tube. cylinder 3 on mine went insane, and 2 others were also disturbing. so pulling both heads and will post pics of damages later
