1999 kia loud tapping under valve cover.

I have a 1999 kia sephia. 1.8 dohc 4cyl. my problem is, the car makes an extremely loud tapping noise when the vehicle is cranked & when excelarting. It is also leaking oil some where at the bottom. At first the tapping was light but now it just extremely loud. plz help.....

Suggestion: Don't wait too long to find this and get help if needed. If you think noise in under valve cover then remove it for inspection and see what's up in there,
