The next time it is in a "no start" status..... Test for injector pulse using a small bulb called a noid light. If none found, check for power supply at one side of the injector with the key on.

Use a fuel pressure gauge to test for correct fuel pressure, also noticing if the pressure holds when key is shut off.

Are you getting any codes? If so we need to know which ones. You said you aren't getting gas, what is the fuel pressure at when this happens. Put a pressure gauge on it when it won't start and also a noid light on an injector to see if you lack fuel pressure or injector pulse. Let us know what you find from this and we can work with you from there on it.
