2000 Toyota RAV4: Can enough pressure build up blow the bottom tank off of the radiator? Recently has been diagnosed with a blown headgasket. Can that be the cause of the radiator problem? Received mixed information. Some say yes, some say no. What do you say?

Yes, it sure can. I have seen many a blown head gasket blow open a plastic radiator.
