working on a friends 2000 v6 stang starter went out replacrd with a NEW starter now low clicking sound /Dome lights go out come back on after a few seconds car is acting like a major short traced power all good checked ground good been LIKE THIS FOR A WEEK AT WITS END HELP

Bad starter or bad ground.

What have you checked or done so far besides replacing the starter?

Sounds like just a dead battery or bad connection to me.
