2002 Nissan Sentra SER Spec-V won't start

I have a nissan sentra that got given to me with a blown head gasket, it was left sitting for a couple years, the head on the engine has been resurfaced and I have put in all new gaskets and I have reasseblemed the engine, I have spark, fuel and compression but it won't start, I'm curious if the problem could be related to the timing and if so how could I go about diagnosing and fixing that, or is there something else that you think the problem may be. Thank you very much in advance for any help you can give me.

What are the compression readings?
What is the fuel pressure?
Do you have injector pulse?
