Had a misfire in cylinder 1, replaced plugs and wires and fuel injector. Did not solve. Replaced ignition coil. Misfire on 1 stopped. Now cylinder 2 and 3 are misfiring. Double checked the wires, they are hooked up properly.

You're going to have to test for the coil trigger coming out of the computer using either a noid light or a lab scope. I have seen quite a few bad PCMs with bad coil drivers on the 3.0 engine. If you do find that problem, make sure you change the coils also. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

Did you check to see if you had spark on #2 and #3 using an adjustable spark tester? Maybe you got a bum coil? Do you have any trouble codes related to coil primary circuit? If the coil drivers for #2 and #3 went bad at the same time, the truck wouldn't even run. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
