Jack the left front up under the frame. As the vehicle goes up the front end will unload and the steering rod angle will change. Now you can get the spark plug by going in through the wheel well with a long extension and a universal joint type spark plug socket.

go to auto zone and pick up the spark plug with swivel tool. the plug socket is a little shorter and the extension is attached. you will zip that plug out with out jacking up the car. or removing the steering shaft.
