2004 Toyota Highlander Sign In

I posted this on the transmission board but thought someone here might have an answer as well:

I just replaced the engine on my 2004 Toyota Highlander (4 cyl). When I put the flywheel into the bell housing there was a groove where it was supposed to match up. I marked the groove on the bell housing with the groove on the flywheel. Now that I'm done and trying to start the car I get the starter turning over but it's unable to budge the flywheel. Is there anything I can do without taking the whole thing apart again?
