93 Chevy pickup, won't idle when cold

93 Chevy pickup 4.3 L engine 4x4. Idles goes up and down when cold, but will run fine when warm. Have replaced fuel regulator, throttle positioning sensor, and air control, and have tuned it up. Any suggestions?

Have you tried cleaning the throttle body real good?
