My car dosn't seem to be getting any fuel into the top of the carburator. I have recently replaced the fuel filter, Pump and sending unit. What would be the next step in determining Why, What or How To get the car to start?

This car should be fuel injected not a carb. If it reacts to priming with starting fluid then it isn't getting enough fuel or fuel pressure. Check that and look into electrical (fuse/relay) for the fuel system if the starting fluid works, T
