94 elantra wont start

94 elantra wont start, sitting for 9 years. cleaned tank, new pump and filter, new plugs and wires, good spark, lots of fuel in rail. but not go. put start fluid in intake and it sputtered a few times but no prolonged run. what could it be. 1.8 liter, 4cyl

Wow 9 years! I'd probably clean alot of the connectors. pop off the top timing belt cover & make sure the marks line up.... Even if they don't, after 9 years.... you need a new belt.... A few squirts of oil in each of the cylinders, those was have to be dry after 9 years......
