I get 170 miles per tank (16 gals) took to A/Z they said o2 censors were bad would it make that much difference because truck runs and drives fine

Yes, clogged or lazy 0/2 sensors will hurt fuel mileage.

Don't bet on it. You're getting 10MPG right now. I drove a 4.3 blazer for 10 years and got 12 to 13MPG in town. 17 on the highway.
