96 Chev Cavalier 2.2 rough engine idle Sign In

My 96 chev cavalier 2.2 has ran good up till know it starts with a rough idle, car ran fine the day before . I have changed plugs, wires, coils, ign mod, head gasket(after low compression in #2), intake gasket, map sensor(pulled code), fuel pump sock(pump has good pressure), fuel filter, injectors(all four), Timing chain and tensioners about 40,000 mi ago, pulled catalytic converter to see if runs any better, cleaned all the carbon out of the intake. and I have no air leaks.

Car has 284,000 miles on it. its missing on 1 sometimes 2 cylinders, plug wires are in the correct order, timing not off. PLEASE HELP, out of ideas!

around 105 n all four, before 1-3-4 had 95 to 98 and # 2 had 60 the head gasket was blown were the dail pin sits on the block and was not blown at any of the cylinders.

Those #s are all pretty low IMO. Valve timing ok? What do you read for manifold actual vacuum at idle and at 2,000 rpm? Can you peg ONE cylinder as the culprit by cancelling them one at a time for rpm drop test?

You have some impressive miles on this engine already. Doesn't meam it can't do more but it opens the book,
