Hi All,

Hoping someone can assist me with this...
Issue: Start Engine Cold..No problems...drive car for a while....car gets warm...make a few stops here and there..turning the car off at each stop, seems to restart jjust fine....I get within a block of my home..I stop at the gas station, and it wont start...acts like a dead battery ...

I've replaced the following already : Battery, Starter, Alternator tested good,

Any other ideas anyone? I'm stumped...

Do you have a cranking problem or starting problem? Cranking means the starter motor spins the engine. Starting means the starter motor is spinning the engine and the engine starts and runs.

Assuming you mean the starter doesn't crank the engine, do you have any dash warning lamps when you have the key in the on position when it doesn't want to crank?

Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Ok...since the first starter melted on me.. i got a replacement, but my problem ended up being a intermintently bad alternator... since then i've replaced it... after that..my SC2 started having really funky electronic lock issues...I reset my FOB ...it seemed to solve that...all in all.. and 500 bux later.. my car runs like a champ ...also gave it a tune up while i had it apart... :)
