put a new anti-knock sensor, wires and plugs w/ rotor and cap-failed to replace coil as well as skipped replacing the fuel filter although i did put a new air filter in. The truck's fuel economy has plumented drastically and i can feel it miss on the highway. the obdII codes say "misfire". I havent replaced the fuel cap yet either I might ad. Please advise me on where to start-thanks

Did this all start when you replaced the ignition parts? Did you do anything else like try to adjust the timing? Have you gone back and checked all your work including the firing order? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
