Broke and need help!

I need to hot wire my car until I can figure out whats happening. It's a 93 ford escort and the wipers stopped workin and so did the heater, and now the ignition won't turn the dummy lights on my dash on, which I need for the car to start. The car cranks over but without those lights coming on before i turn it over it won't start. I NEED HELP NOW, PLZZZ!!!!
