Car Advice Request Sign In

hello friends,

I purchased a secnd hand wagon r and took advice from a friend who is in automobile lines for 17 years however once the purchase was made, the car had numerous problems, the car wouldnt start,i was told that it could be the self problem due to carbon accumulation, got that done, still the problem persisted, i had to ask people to push the car to start, now i later realised that the engine was overhauled and i need to get that smoothened by slow driving, car had numerrous other issues like airfilter jam, house pipe leakage, AC not working ,overheating, I got CNG installed but had issues with pickup,i was adviced to use it with petrol for sometime till the engine is settled, I am extremely disappointed as I have spent nearly 2.7Lacks and became a victim, please advice what should I do to ensure the car does not give any problems for next few years as I have limited income and cant afford frequest expenses,my friend has gone to his native place till date all this while and is uncontactable till few weeks, another friend is helping me getting that resolved , he also got it serviced but the car gave a starting problem still sometimes, he advice me not to use AC or give load till the engne piston is settled,my family is extremely upsset and car without AC is of no use to me,please advice

Year, make, model, engine and miles would help!

If this bad perhaps whatever it is trade it out and cut losses and have vehicles checked out professionally before buying them.

BTW - any vehicle can have troubles no matter what you do. You can decrease the odds of troubles though.

If you must have A/C then why did you buy it? Do you know how expensive that could be to make work?

What's with the piston problem? That could mean engine is no good! Has that issue been diagnosed,

T
