Caravan squeels when ac turns on

2003 caravan starts runs good hard to steer when at stop yet when moving is fine changed power steering pump,yet the problem persists when i turn the ac its vold air just squeels when at stop light

You may have a weak belt tensioner or an oil soaked belt.
