Can you please tell me where the exact location of the Crank Sensor is on a 1993 Pontiac Grand Prix? We need to replace it, but we are having trouble locating it.Please contact me A.S.A.P.Thanks Alot Cassie

I think it's in the back of the engine and hard to see or get at. Post back what engine you have as I think you had a choice of a couple on that car, T

It should be lower engine, passenger side. It has a 2 wire connector on it. The sensor has a black plug angled at 90* and has a metal hold down with a single bolt going thru it. When you go to take the sensor out, first soak it with penetrating oil and twist it as you pull. It has an o-ring around it and they sometimes can be a bear to remove. Make sure the o-ring is on the new sensor before you install it or you will have a good size oil leak. Steve
