Hemi. We did a complete cylinder head replacement. Have 120 psi on all cylinders. #3 still misfiring. A misfire cam be - ignition - spark - be sure they are firing, nice snapping blue spark... could try swapping #3 coil with #4 see if code remains #3 or moves to #4. Are you sure that's accurate for compression? Full test done properly or how did you get that #? How much did it come up with a wet test on each? This alone doesn't add up.
