Dodge Van 360 v8 150,000 Problem is bucking and back firing. After start up and when engine is cold I'll put a load on the engine it will start to back fire. Then I'll back off a little on the gas pedal then it bucks. I'll floor the engine and let it back fire for 10 sec or so then it clears and runs great. This happens ever day cold or warm out side.

What year is this van? There could be several different things causing this, it sounds like theres a problem with the timing advance on it....need a little more info like....does it have the OBI or OBII computer or none at all?
