i just bought a 1987 mazda b2000 pickup. the temperature gage wasnt hooked up and now it is overheating. i replaced the thermosat and still keeps overheating. Today i was driving on the freeway and blew out a spark plug and now it doesnt want to start. WHEN I TRY TO START IT I CAN HEAR BUBBLING FROM RADIATOR EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT RUNNING. WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Sounds like you bought something that was little better than scrap and you should have checked it out a little more carefully. I would suspect it has some pretty severe internal damage for the overheating.

That's funny. You knew it was overheating even after you installed a new thermostat. Then you go drive it on the freeway. Don't see the logic in that. I suspect it now or did has a blown head gasket and warped cylinder head.
