I have a 1992 Toyota Camry w/auto trans, It has no power when starting from a dead start. Once it gets up to speed, it seems fine but will not climb hills very well.

You may want to check your timing belt to make sure it didn't jump a tooth....

Certainly rule out timing belt as Sidom suggested - last thing you need is for it to break! If not done in last 60K or so put that high on the "to do" list.

Harder to check for DIY but check for exhaust restrictions. Can get a good idea with a vacuum gauge to manifold actual vacuum,
