Engine Runs Rough

I have a 1992 Nissan Sentra with a 1.6L engine(170,000 miles) that
starts ok, but runs rough & idles rough. It also has a real lack of
power when accelerating. I changed the oxygen sensor & inspected
vacuum hoses for leaks, but no change.

It sounds like it has a dead cylinder or two. You have to determine which ones and why.
