1999 Toyota Corolla Engine is i believe 1.6 and the mileage is 121,000 miles.

Nice video of the noise. YES sounds serious like either and exhaust leak or bad pulley but didn't see any wobble and might not even with the noise.

Always troublesome without being there. Try if still uncertain taking the belt off and run for a very short while. Spin pulley items if noise is still there for feel or wobble of which there should be none,

It's a 1.8 and it sounds like a blown out packing ring at the exhaust header collector flange. IMO. No other performance problems? Maybe a P0420 code?
