Engine stalls out - '01 Blazer Sign In

My 01 Chevy Blazer will stall out whenever it starts getting warm outside. I live in Michigan and the vehicle will run great all winter long. Then starting in the spring whenever the days are really warm or humid the engine will start stalling out. It will always re-start and then 10 seconds later stall out again.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

TRock; Are you getting a check engine light? The only thing that immediately comes to mind would be a faulty CTS (coolant temp sensor). It could be overfueling once warm? Also, a thermostat stuck open would cause the engine to run too cool which could cause the same result. Just a couple of thoughts.
