I have a 2002 Chevy trailblazer which sputters when I turn and going up hill. I have replaced the spark plugs the fuel filter the cam shaft positioning sensor and cleaned the throttle body and it still sputters and I have now gone lights on.

Gone lights on?
If you mean check engine light, have the codes scanned and post the numbers here, even if the light isn't on.

I had the codes read and nothing came up, there are no codes stored in the system.

The next step would probably be to rig up a fuel pressure gauge that you can drive while monitoring the fuel pressure so you can see what the pressure does when the symptoms appear.
