IRREGULAR IDLE 2004 TRAILBLAZER

Any suggestions ??..I have a 2004 chevy trailblazer with an "Irregular idle"...4.2 6 cyl...Last night it was going 40 mph by itself (after being on a 2 hour trip) I noticed that today it is kinda jumping around still? the suv has about 47k miles on it.
